Founder’s Story

“Over the past two decades I’ve partnered with senior executives spearheading change at some of the world’s most admired companies such as Microsoft, Google, J.P. Morgan, Johnson & Johnson, GSK etc., as well as fast-growing scale-ups.

Wearing multiple hats over time - as a leader, advisor, executive coach, facilitator, entrepreneur - has given me an insider-outsider perspective into a core question:

What does it take to master continuous change; rather than being swamped by it?

I have come to believe that how we make change needs to change; and that clients require a different kind of support in today’s complex landscape. Linear, expensive, top-down ‘change management programs’ simply don’t cut it anymore. Instead, we need:

  • Change that feels personal: Starting from clarity of purpose and speaking to people on both a logical and emotional level

  • Change that is co-created: Making change ‘with’ rather than ‘to’, and tapping the power of lateral networks and relationships

  • Change that is pragmatic, iterative and interactive: Approaching change as a series of targeted interventions, with a dynamic test-learn-course correct mindset

We can make change flow better by harnessing its deep psychology, rather than pushing harder.

My personal ‘why’ is helping leaders & their teams navigate their ‘change odyssey’ with the most effective tools I’ve gathered in my rational-emotional kit.

I’m motivated to put my practices, drawing on strategy, behavioural sciences, systems thinking, storytelling and mindfulness, in service of my clients’ bold and enduring change-making.”

Beliefs in Practice

At the heart of our work lie three core principles that have stood the test of time.

Be like water.

“Water is fluid, soft and yielding. But water will wear away rock.

The wise leader knows that yielding overcomes resistances, and gentleness melts rigid defenses. What is soft is strong.”

(“The Tao of Leadership”)
